Staff kicked me out saying I damaged room I asked what was damaged and wouldn't say they then said it was dirty. Mind you I was there 7 days. But we cleaned it everyday ourselves. I had s cooler with ice cuz for some reason mine had no fridge. Well the maid threw it out of door busting open cooler and milk which milk went everywhere and I cleaned up mess she made. But didn't offer to Pau for my cooler and same time couldn't tell me what was damaged. So they discriminated and profiled me. Evidently cuz went into office after work and was dirty I'm assuming or cuz I was white nit sure reasoning at all. So they kept my 200 deposit didn't return it and to this day no explanation why

The night clerk was named Charles, he was so professional. I was lost and I called him three times and he was very comforting and gave me good information on how to get to the hotel. Once I got to the hotel, he bent over backwards to be accommodating to me. He is a good person I hope really good things for him, because he was such a nice guy

Conveniently located and affordable. My arrival at Phoenix Sky Harbor had been severely delayed and it was too late to drive to my planned hotel in Sedona. I was able to get a room at La Quinta to get a little sleep and a shower before driving to Sedona in the morning. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

James, the maintenance man has exceptional customer service! James is very approachable and easy to talk to!! James was able to answer all of our questions accurately and was extremely friendly! James went out of his way to make us feel welcomed at the property and comfortable. James deserves a raise!
